Warranty conditions
MasterTherm Heat Pumps offer a standard warranty on all components for a period of 3 years from the date of installation and this warranty is extended to 7 years when fitted with a MasterTherm NeoBox and monitored online. The NeoBox must be permanently connected to the internet to allow full monitoring and control of the heat pump. The heat pump must be installed by an MCS Accredited and MasterTherm trained installer in full accordance with the installation instructions for the warranty to apply. Please ensure that you complete and return the Activation Record or complete one of the below forms within 10 days of commissioning to start the warranty.
On commissioning of the heat pump we require a completed activation record, customer handover document and system schematic must be returned to us or complete either of the below online Commissioning Forms to start the warranty period.
